Purchase guide

Shopping: In order to use the webshop, you need to register. Completing the registration form correctly is in your best interest, as the products you order will be delivered to you per the details provided herein. In case of incorrect data, the registration is canceled, even if an order is also placed along with the registration. After completing your registration, your password will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration form. Please note that only one registration is possible per e-mail address.

When shopping in the webshop, you only need to select the product you wish to purchase and set the desired color, size and quantity. After selection, place the product int he shopping cart by pressing „Buy”. If you are ready to compleate the order, you can review it by pressing „Cart”. You can place the order by pressing „Submit”. This will be followed by a final review of data where you will also have the possobility of adding comments ( i.e.: Future delivery, etc.). By pressing Procced, you will be asked for payment details. When the payment details are provided, your order is submitted to us. You will also get a copy that list the products on your order.

In case of the product is available and on stock, your order will be delivered within 24 hours of placement. Otherwise, delivery time is 2-4 weeks. For some products, custom manufactured for your needs, the delivery may take longer, 4-8 weeks after placement. When your order is shipped, you will be notified discreetly by mail or a via phone on the contacts you provided us with. Payment can made by money transfer. You can withdraw your order within 3 days of delivery. In this case, your money will be refunded within 30 days. This money-back garantee is not valid for orders of custom manufactured produts and for products of delicate nature that does not allow such guarantee. Unwrapping the packaging of sexual toys (vibrators, dildos, plugs, etc.) also ends validity of the money-back guarantee.

Cusom orders:  

For custom manufactured products where size and proportion are provided by the customer, it is possible to gauge and check the sizes in case the product does not fit. If the sizes are correct, the cost of replacement and modifications are changed to the customer. If the sizes and proportions do not match demonstrably as our fault, or if they were taken by us, the product will be modified and corrected of charge.

Returns: Ordered products can be returned, but all pertinent fees and costs are at charge. If replacing the product is not feasible, becuse it is not manufactured in the proper size we cannot take the product back and reimburse you for it.

Delivery: Delivery is via Bussines Package Service of Hungarian Post. You will have your order delivered within 24 hours of shipping. Delivery charges are per standard Hungarian Post pricing. Your order is packaged in discreet and unobtrusive wrapping so even the nosiest postman will have a chance to guess the contents.
